This is the new movie from Frank Miller, the guy that gave you Sin City & I think the inspiration for the Batman Begins movie.

It looks like a real cool movie judging from the trailer.. 

So I decided to see what the comic looks like.

What I didn't know was that the comic was the brainchild of the famous Will Eisner.

And that it was produced before WWII! 

This is one of the strips that was drawn in 1942.

the weekend of halloween night was a night we barbecued at marks place

Penang Bridge Marathon

In case anybody's interested, there's a Penang Bridge Marathon happening on the 16th of Nov. I'm not going for the full, but the half, which according to malaysian mathematics, is 25km. 

It's the first year that this marathon is organized by the opposition party (they just took over the state of pinang), and it was actually cancelled as the previous organisers were from the ruling party. Politics is dirty. But kudos to the new government to keeping the marathon alive. 

You should show your support too by joining!

By the way, if you're into the stand chart this year, the timing's perfect to run the 25km!
