The greatest fear of every ACS boy has finally caught up with me...
I have to translate a Chinese document into English! and here's a sample of what I have to look at.
This only happens when there is no other Chinese in your company/team...

...and guys that do
They travel in convoys of multicolored pickups fortified with makeshift armor, belt-fed machine guns, frag grenades, and even shoulder-fired missiles. They protect everything from the U.S. ambassador and American generals to shipments of Frappuccino bound for Baghdad’s Green Zone. They kill Iraqis, and Iraqis kill them.
And the only law they recognize is Big Boy Rules.

pain balls
my weekend paintball experience.
held in jb, an army friend of mine hooked me up with some of his friends and we thus had a team about of 17 players
we took turns, usually playing about 4 to 8 a side. depending on the intensity, the more players, the intense it gets as there's more rounds comin at ya
seemed pretty cheap
RM150 gets you about 700 rounds, and each hopper (magazine) holds about 200 rounds, whcih you don't usually finish off. i usually manage to squeeze off about 100 plus rounds before game over.
each round lasting about 10 mins, which is enough to break sweats and rip pants
think the experience was great and i hope that we can head on down some saturday morning, we crossed the causeway at 9am, did some admin and started shootin at around 1130am, and ceased fire by 4pm, in between, we rested, broke for packed lunch and also let other teams play.
we managed to squeze about 7 rounds of play per person. so that's lots and great value for money.
so give it a thought
catch ya around

CAVE STORY!
For all of you clued into our email thread nonsense.. the HOTTEST topic is about a humble indie pc game called...

Be warned, it is an addictive game.. seemingly easy and simple.. it develops into a "EPIC" story.. as some of our latest friends attest:"How does one even begin to do justice to Cave Story? Lengthy, clever, and beautiful, this incredible Metroid-esque side scroller is not only one of the single best indie games ever made, but also one of the most important.
Daisuke Amaya created a world of robots and bunnies and sorcerers which, despite its friendly SNES-era look, truly contains one of the most challenging and satisfying nonlinear 2D shooters ever made.
Ever.
Honestly, if I found a way to put Cave Story on an SNES cartridge, go back in time to the 90's, and sell it as if it were just your regular big-budget game, nobody would hesitate to call it one of the greatest games of all time. But lucky for us -- and some would say unluckily for Daisuke Amaya -- Cave Story is absolutely, completely, 100% free." - Destructoid
- " Can't believe I've never hear of Cave Story, it's EPIC! " - G. Chandra
- " freakin' cave story...confirm cannot wake up for work tomorrow man.. " - M. Tay
- " wah lau... i'm deleting the freakin game la...it's super addictive... "- T. Y. Liang.
- " it can't be that bad.....
@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@
42hours 36mins and 26 seconds later..
"Cannot.... must continue.... playing.... cold hands... not eaten... must... must... continue" " - J. Ho

Intruder alert!
a new inclusion in the collection
by "century wings" of japan, made in china
http://www.centurywings.com/model/vma121_vk10_1977.html
a 1/72 scale model of the all weather a-6 intruder used extensively in the vietnam conflict
though sub sonic (less than the speed of sound), this bad boy can deliver it's pay load of bombs in the darkest stormiest Vietnamese monsoon rain it can throw and still return to the carrier deck
till today no navy (carrier based) plane can match the a-6 in terms of range and payload
the photo shows a marine a-6 from the green knights squadron
made of die cast with some plastic parts, this model is great on the detail work
